Location and Description of the port
Antalya port is stuated on the Western coast of Antalya Gulf. Antalya, the only port in the middle and west Mediterranean coasts of Türkiye, serves both domestic and foreign trading requirements of the region. It also serves the still on-going Antalya Free Trade Zone. Moreover, a modern cold storage plant with a shocking unit of 10 000 tons capacity is at service. The port is protected by two breakwaters 1 440 m. and 650 m. long.

Towage

Not necessary for the vessels up to 500 GRT.
One tugboat compulsory for the vessels of more than 500 GRT.
Two tugboats compulsory for the vessels of more than 4 000 GRT.
Provied by the port administration.
3 Tugs available (up to 1 250 HP).
